Knitting and wearing
Can I knit or crochet in it?
Yes. That’s what it’s made for. Your fingers and thumb tip stay free, and it’s slim between your thumb and index finger, where the needles sit. You can wear it for sewing, gardening and typing too.
Will yarn catch on it?
No velcro sits in your yarn path. The outside is smooth, so yarn glides over it.
Can I wear it all day?
Yes. It’s soft and slim, so you can keep it on between sessions. Take breaks and listen to your hands.
Do I get both hands?
Yes. Every box has a left and a right.
Can I put it on by myself?
Yes. Slide your thumb into the sleeve, ease it over your hand so the pad sits at the base of your thumb, then [settle the wrist cuff].

Will it fit me?
It comes in XS to XL. Soft supports work best when they’re snug, so measure your palm with our 60-second guide. Wrong size? Swap it free.
